About Ultratouch Guitars

Welcome to Ultratouch Guitars! My name is Jake Terry. Ultratouch is a small guitar shop located in Sugar Land, Texas.

I have been playing and building guitars for over 25 years. Since 2023, Ultratouch has been a full time operation building guitars and guitar parts. After a humble beginning with an assortment of hand tools and a dream, I am proud to have expanded to a fully capable CNC guitar building service.

Fadal 4020

The center of Ultratouch guitars is a 2001 Fadal 4020 vertical machining center. Just like the machines used by the biggest manufacturers, it enables precision guitar making that is infinitely repeatable.

Guitar Bodies

Ultratouch can make almost any guitar body you can dream up. From standard T and S style bodies to custom contoured thinlines with floyd rose trems, just ask!

Necks

Custom and standard necks are available unfinished, with frets installed leveled and dressed.

Wood

Ultratouch Guitars primarily focuses on quality North American hardwoods.
